In 1980 Abeco Die Casting, Inc. was a 3000 square foot facility with one die casting machine. Today we have 140,000 square feet of manufacturing and warehouse space and 25 die casting machines. Founded by Ray and Donna Brooks, the company originally started out in 1977 doing plastic injection molding for local industries with two employees. In 1980 they moved into the die casting industry. We currently have 180 employees running three shifts.

The above picture is the first die casting machine purchased at Abeco Die Casting, Inc. in late 1979 and put into production in early 1980. The machine was completely stripped to the frame and rebuilt in 1997. All work was done in house except for the toggle linkage, closing, shot and intensifier cylinders.
